I lived in this neighborhood for 2 years, 2008-2009. It is a fine place to live. Cool, quiet,no traffic on the street, about 45 seconds to the 5 on-ramp, ride a bike to the beach, no derelicts roaming the ‘hood looking for a score. Not much turnover in homes and they sell fast when they come on the market. I bought on Fire Mountain, but this would have been a contender. It will go fast IMHO.

Let the bidding war begin?

Crazy floor plan (where is the master?), elementary school is just average (Buena Vista, 855 API), and there is a litte freeway noise…But I think it will go for well over 482K just because its so much nicer than the rest of the houses currently on the market in the area and has a nice lot. I’ll wager 550K.

I can’t see this one selling below the 2001 price.

Nice. If I wasn’t already committed to my money pit I’d be on the phone with you. I really dig the look and feel of these houses. Also, the house just screams, “observation deck”. Yeah, the upstairs rooms really are designed for Mr & Mrs Harvey Wallbanger.
Maybe next time around. Thanks!

LOL, I was thinking the same thing. I looked at one on Highland in that area back in 2008. This one on Spruce is a screaming deal compared to that. Also much better than the Turret house of bubbleinfo lore.

I’m curious Jim. Do you know how many offers are in so far?
Hmmm… I like that one. What’s the MLS #?
