Flippers are going to get slaughtered on that one in LC Greens. Had it listed over a year and got approval at 650K but offer was only 600K. That was a year ago. Recently they said get us 620K and we will do it. Despite being the best priced home in South Carlsbad in that category for the better part of a year and being shown a couple hundred times (could be 300) only 4 written offers were ever submitted (one by the same buyer who offered 600K a year ago but would only pay 550K now). It has no yard, a strange layout and there are huge powerlines across the street. Prepare to watch the flippers bleed on this one.
