If the Giants need extras in the next week or so, Hodgerney has 150 bottles of Champagne in storage. They were left by the Padres, who were denied cork-popping privileges in the final weekend of the regular season.
Jim, CR never sleeps unless he is with a supermodel.

It’s series fever in the city by the bay (just happen to be in town). I’ll be the one roaming the hills in my Bosox cap.

Whatever happened to that Lake Arrowhead customer you were working with? I was looking forward to a video of what was going on up there now.

I don’t want to push it too hard.
I’m still amazed that there would be any agent out there not wanting their listing to have the widest possible exposure. As they say up here in Hollywood, “There’s no such thing as bad publicity.”

How much do people squabble over the LP of $2mm+ homes? Seems like a nice property, although I didn’t hear the location in the vid.

Lake Arrowhead? We walked from the unsuccessful tuna melt, but she left a message last week – so I’m guessing she hasn’t sold it.
Squabble on $2mm+ homes? Not much on this one. It was on the range $2.7 to $2.975, and they paid $2,815,300 cash. I don’t know of any houses that have sold for half of that within a couple of miles.
I love the ending, JtR… Bah, bah, bah…Smoke on the Water… Ritchie Blackmore ended up marrying someone I know.

tj & the bear | October 24th, 2010 at 12:32 amIt’s touchy – the lockboxes track who and when people enter. I don’t want to push it too hard.
