I chuckled…then felt depressed.
CapitalGain | August 14th, 2010 at 5:38 pmWhere do you find this stuff?
Daniel | August 14th, 2010 at 5:57 pmHILARIOUS! (and soooo true.)
p.s.: Gotta be Carmel Valley.
p.p.s.: Emailed CR about this post — he may want to “borrow” it.
tj & the bear | August 14th, 2010 at 6:13 pmOh God that is mean……
And I laughed really hard
…”but we are in the middle of a loan modification so we are just FINE!”
roflmao.
MarkB | August 14th, 2010 at 6:16 pmThere’s a similar one floating around about mortgage brokers, I’ll see if I can find it again.
SD_Coastal | August 14th, 2010 at 6:23 pmLMAO! You da man, Jim!
common-sense | August 14th, 2010 at 7:32 pmJust one more example as to why I’m a JtR groupie…
Susie | August 14th, 2010 at 7:40 pmI wondered what happened to David Lereah.
BottomFisher | August 14th, 2010 at 8:42 pmThat video is hilarious.
The Blur | August 14th, 2010 at 9:21 pmI can’t stop laughing.
But I know people just like that…
YetAnotherMike | August 14th, 2010 at 10:41 pmYep, that movie just nailed everything, didn’t it?
Unfortunately, I know people just like this as well.
CA renter | August 15th, 2010 at 1:02 amI liked the part about buying the usless items.
pemeliza | August 15th, 2010 at 6:31 amWould have been better if the “homeowner” was renting the property and not paying the mortgage for however many months.
shadash | August 15th, 2010 at 8:20 amJust more proof Jim is the all too rare realtor.
LOL!
Consultant | August 15th, 2010 at 10:09 amBrilliant, absolutely brilliant. I have the end result. The owner got a haircut, the bank got a haircut, and I got the hair.
Roy | August 15th, 2010 at 1:26 pmDoes the NAR insist upon “Low Life Blood Sucking Vampire®?”
Rob Dawg | August 15th, 2010 at 1:48 pmHilarious!! What a great find.
Dwip | August 15th, 2010 at 10:21 pmyou’re probably thinking of this one

Jack Frost | August 16th, 2010 at 8:52 amRob Dawg, I think you meant “LOW LIFE BLOOD SUCKING VAMPIRE (R)”.

OgreB | August 16th, 2010 at 11:25 amHey OgreB, just in case you thought that vid about the bad seller was an exaggeration, we have in the comments for 6187 Tamilynn Street:
Tenant occupied can preview or show client on Mondays only from 1:00 pm to 1:30pm.
Dwip | August 16th, 2010 at 6:53 pmWAIT A MINUTE, is this video sexist? Blaming the “horrible mess” on the husband?
As far as I read it, it’s the wives that are the champs at trying to one-up-the-Joneses. A handful of “Low Life Blood Sucking Vampires®” have admitted that it’s the guys who are better at adding up the numbers correctl — trying to limit the spending — whereas the wives want the “House that Just Feels Right(TM)”, which also happens to be the more expensive home in all cases considered!
Buffy the Low Life Blood Sucking Vampire® Slayer | August 16th, 2010 at 10:59 pmWe should do one of these cartoons and base it around a realtor named James who sports a very tanned left arm.
We can call it “don’t shoot the messenger”.
(Twas a joke btw!)
