justme | April 17th, 2010 at 10:15 pmYa know, if that guy who bought the house in the late 80′s had just bought it with a straight 15-year mortgage, he’d be living rent-free AND mortgage-free right now.
Instead he’s bankrupt.

Dwip | April 18th, 2010 at 6:12 pmWhat did the Santa Barbara house back up to?
For $900k and change, that is a great deal, depending on the interior condition. If the house + upgrades/fixes can stay under a mil, that is a slamming deal.
