I own a property in San Diego. Because of the death of a family member, a house was reassessed and I filed an appeal.
When I did not hear anything for several months, I sent them an e-mail. They are swamped with appeals. I asked them about it and got the following interesting information.
Number of appeals:
2005: 2,487
