You're just pointing out the FACTS. Maybe they think you ought to just go along with your realtor lines, "and over here, we have the lovely mauve curtains, circa 1965...vintage decor always commands a higher price, and you'd be wise to over-bid for this fine piece of property." Tonight, a doctor from San Francisco asked me if I thought the real estate market had hit bottom in San Diego and I said not in any market he would be interested in. Another physician (presently trying to short sale her house in San Diego) replied "my real estate agent said we have reached the bottom." I replied, "do you believe your agent?"
