Love the property, hate the home. And the price! I won’t ruin the surprise ending for other video viewers, but WOW. Just WOW.

That is del mar? I was thinking julian for some reason. No way in hell I would pay what they are asking.Probably worth more just for the land.I know of a great wrecking crew who is out of work.

You’ll need the bidet to massage your abused parts after you bend over for $1.295m.

The owner needs to interior divide for 6 br and 4.5 ba for credit so the ultimate buyer can bulldoze for their dream McMansion.
Rob Dawg | January 29th, 2009 at 10:18 am
The listing for this property says the property has approval in place for a 5000+ sqft McMansion, so the price is based on someone’s estimate (or pipe dream, as the case may be) of the value of the one acre of land.

***More Free Money at the Taxpayers Expense***
Enhancing the first-time home buyers’ credit, which was enacted last year. Under current law, the credit, which is capped at $7,500 and applies to purchases of primary homes after April 8, 2008, and before July 1, 2009, must be repaid over 15 years, starting two years after the credit is claimed. In the House and Senate proposals, folks who buy homes in 2009 don’t have to pay back the credit as long as they don’t sell the house within three years.

Wait, so if I buy this house I get a free “4br/ 1 bath” house and $7450 interest free loan ?
Thats a great area, the house doesn’t get a comment! Wierd how Del Mar addresses can be found East of 5 and North of Via De La Valle eh? More like RSF West there. When I first saw the video I thought you were in Hemet or something Jim! On a Klinge Realty corporate retreat!

It’s and oddball, but I actually like the house, but it must be a nightmare to heat and cool. The price tag is jut a tad too high too.

DCRogers | January 30th, 2009 at 5:21 pmGreat video, Jim. Your comments about what the camera is seeing are the best parts, but the price at the end of this one makes it one of your best.
