  1. A steal at half the price.

  2. Yeah sure, they’ll get 895K…

    in their dreams.

  3. I love Pt Loma but the airport kills at least half of it for me. Go too far south of the flight path and you’re near the huge petroleum storage tanks!

  4. I’m not familiar with the SD market, but isn’t that a little high for something under 1,300 sqft?

    Toad – Haven’t you heard….San Diego’s “different.”

  6. Red oak floors cost $650/sf?

  7. I love Point Loma but the prices are insane for what you get…

    A 50 year old “fixer upper” for 700-800k? Please…

Call me when you get serious. Or I’ll just wait for the bank to foreclose and buy it from them.

  8. $695K tops. It’s on a 3500 sq ft lot.

  9. Come to South Mission Beach. We pay one million dollars for a tear down on a 30 x 80 lot. Was 1.3 to 1.4 two years ago.(Oceanfront is 2 to 3 time more)

We get the jets that fly to Los Angeles and San Francisco over our houses. But the jets are quieter than O.B. because they need less fuel for their trips.

  10. Stupid Sellers will never get even a nibble.

Even dumber agent to take that on. WASTE!

  11. Hey worm! Are you “the” Worm that hangs out by the Cohasset volleyball courts? Nice to see you reading this blog too. I grew up in south mission and was a pro rollerblader for a while – you know my whole family.

  12. Kwaping, i was wondering the same thing!

I can’t imagine there is more than one Worm in South Mission.

A blast from the past, for sure!

  13. Yea, its me. But hardly anybody at the volleyball court anymore.

The days of the 80s and 90s at the beach. Great time. We still keep saying we are going to put a video together. I still live same place.

  14. You probably know my old friend, Rockin Randy from the Beachcomber?

  15. Jim-

I know Randy. I saw him in the comber a few weeks ago. Good guy. I will tell him you said hi.

I have been going to the Beachcomber and Pennant for years. I usually go past 9 at night when most of the local are back home( except for the top deck at the Pennant on Sunday during the eighties). Too much gossip.
