Would this bother you if you were thinking of buying a house nearby?

  1. I don’t know. Kinda looks like a big ice cream truck.

  2. Probably innocent. But guaranteed to be owned by mechanics or people mechanically inclined. Which means they’re going to be working on their bikes/cars in the driveway when they’re not at work. Depending on the neighborhood you’re looking to buy into could be good or bad. For a rental it’s prob good b/c it’s a blue collar neighborhood. For a personal home if could be bad b/c people like that tend to bring down prop values.

  3. Is that one of them thar foreclosure tour vans?

  4. That thing would bother me just on account of my kids being small. They’d have nightmares about that face.

  5. motoX guys are not so bad =)

  6. Bubba’s Freak Circus is pretty funny, here’s their utube:

  7. The best part of that video: no helmets. The freaks may be a temporary phenomenon in the neighborhood. :) Wow.

  8. It would bother me. Probably makes me a snob, but I wouldn’t want to live next to that thing.

  9. This particular vehicle doesn’t bother me any more than any other one of its size would, but I’d rather not live in a neighborhood where where people have no place but the street to park things this big.

  10. I would love to live in a neighborhood with these guys.

  11. Nice. I like 2:35 and the end.

  12. Nope, wouldn’t want to live next to them.

What’s fun when you’re in your teens and twenties is exactly what you want to keep your kids away from when you’re middle-aged. ;)

  13. Yeah, it would be a deal breaker. I wouldn’t want to look out of my kitchen window every morning to an ugly clown face and the word FREAK written in blood red.

I have a sense of humor but your home is your sanctuary…

  14. Hey! I had friends with a circus with an old rv that was BIG and RED with gold trim. Lots of fun!
A bit of entertainment for the neighborhood, especially when 12 guys are welding on it.

  15. [...] blog is entertaining. He does funny video tours of houses, waxes philosophical about how he’d change the real estate business, and posts listings. [...]
