I’m not sure if it’s my computer or youtube, but this video took about six hours to upload (new computer due in tomorrow). While off at work, youtube published it and calculated risk picked it up before I got back.

But here at bubbleinfo.com I include an extra snippet – the shot of what happened after I ran out of gas and stopped at the 7-11 down the street to fill up my tank:

    Something tells me BAC/CW are going to pull your REO credentials. How do you think the investors/executives are going to like the public viewing the asset that backs their 465K loan.

  4. JE, That’s what my wife said.

    But I’m hoping that maybe somebody with some sense would look at it and say, "why are we sending the realtors over to a house three times to check that it’s been cleaned out when it hasn’t been?" "Why are we telling the realtors to handle it themselves?" "Didn’t we hire them to sell the properties, not spend their time fixing and cleaning?"

    More on my dismay with CHL:

    1. Did you see the nice green front yard? organized by me, and paid by me. They said they’d reimburse, but it’s been six weeks and waiting. I have $10,000 in bills submitted, and I just got my first check back – less than $800.

    2. This house has been vacant since they assigned it to me in April. Just went on market today.

    3. The clean-up guy was happy to tell me he makes more money than me. Then quit lying about cleaning this one and get it done you lazy son of a gun.

    I will give CHL credit – they are putting the right prices on these properties. All but one has sold right away, and most have had multiple offers. But they are wearing out the agents and everyone else involved with their inefficiencies.

I saw the EMC price list for what lenders pay the property preservation staff. $30 for occupancy check, $25 cu. yard for trash, $40 per lock, etc. With gas prices, dump fees, insurance, Then consider the 90 days it takes them to pay. Minimum wage at best. I would be careful on how much money I laid out up front.

    I don’t think I have seem Jim come to a complete stop at a stop sign in any of these videos! He might want to edit those out or else he might be viewing them in traffic court.

    I can’t wait to buy a house with Jim. These videos slay me.
