Nice work, Jim. HGTV needs to get you hooked up with a TV show contact. I’ve always thought "Property Slide" (the inverse of the popular show "Property Ladder") would make a good name. But you might have another one there, with Battle Among the Banks, featuring the fearless and persistent listing agents working hard to make their beaten down properties appeal to hardnosed buyers.
You may wanna ditch the MBZ when driving in these O’side REO hoods! Stop by Enterprise Rental Cars in the frontage road North of 78 on your way in and pick yourself a $30.00 a day ride to blend in some!

So, bad enough everybody’s yakking on their hand-held cell phones while driving. Now we have REO Speed (Video) Wagon out and about on the roads.
Let your wife do the driving ….

Blogging while driving. I love it.
Me? I’m going to invest in Monsanto. You know, the makers of "RoundUp."

My fav. part of this video is about 1:45 in… while passing a house that has more junk in front than I have furniture in my house some great commentary comes in… it goes something like this…. "nice, very nice… well kept…"

MM, i thought he was talking about the house prior that had the picket fence, but maybe you’re right!
And Roundup – I noticed that too Dawg! The weeds in that neighborhood were unbelieveable.
Excellent comedy here today….if we didn’t laugh we’d cry. Roll with the changes indeed!

My favorite part is "This guy is Help you Sell, doesn’t have a chance." Your sympathy for the guy is real — which makes it all the more hilarious. (I am a sick person.)
Yes, this to me is like "The First 48" of real estate shows. Fascinating.
