Let’s really test the market, shall we?
Jim’s Vista fourplexThis is a snapshot of the four units at 1208 Monique Ct. in north Vista that I own. I put it on the market today for $799,900. Compared to everything else on the market (the ones not selling), it looks like a deal. My point all along is that there is a demand for well-priced properties, and if you are realistic about price, it will sell. I figure that the $799,900 is about what the value was in 2004, which was the peak of the market. The rents are $4,475 per month, if you’re interested in buying it! I put it on the MLS, #061003962, and inputted it onto Craigslist and Loopnet. We’ll see how it goes!
